    Learning how to make the most out of the hours in the day, creating more organized habits, how to strategically increase productivity throughout your day and to stay mentally on task while completing a task. The key is to focus on budgeting time to get the most done in a day so that there is more time in the day to do activities that you value. Everyone will manage their time and days in all different ways, because we are all different and work better under different circumstances. Understanding your productivity style and learning how to cope and deal with the daily struggles that may arise in your day and making the best of these situations. Throughout out this video Dave Crenshaw goes through an average day for a person and discovers the different ways that we typically spend and or waste our day and the ways that we can change these habits for the better. He discusses multitasking, using emails and other technologies to make our lives easier as well as creating to-do lists to better organize our days. A huge stressor that he mentioned a various time is learning how to clear not just your mind but also your schedule and how this can help your day feel less stressful. It is okay to say no to others and yourself when you feel that you are unable to complete a task. Anyone who is a good budgeter can indeed learn to how to effectively manage their time in their life as well as with money.
